Ikea Living Wall
At the main Ikea Belgium branch in Zaventem, a living plant wall was chosen in the cafeteria.
For Ikea Zaventem, Mosmuur installed a self-sufficient vertical green wall with 210 plants, of which a large part comes from the Ikea range itself. The plants are supplied with the necessary water by means of overflow bins, collection trays and lifting pump. The ‘Växer’ lamps from the Ikea range provide extra stimulation for the plants. The entire system, measuring 5 meters by 2.5 meters, was built up in 1 day.
