The modern restaurant moved in its entirety to the rear of the existing house and creates a brand new restaurant experience. The new interior with impressive moss walls brings even more synergy with the dishes and the chef’s gastronomic works of art. Warm materials, moss, minimalist furniture and an impressive glass sculpture, called Root. You do not need more for an ideal culinary experience.
